Cheryl was such a valuable asset to us on the sale of our home. From start to finish, there was no detail left unattended to. It is difficult to express in words, how beneficial and helpful she was throughout the entire process, from staging and photographing our home to recommending outside sources when needed and conducting our open house. It is abundantly clear that a professional like Cheryl is needed during this somewhat stressful process as she always delivered exceptional and personal service. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Cheryl as she continuously focuses on putting 150% into her clients. She certainly made the entire experience easier for us and we are pleased.

If you are looking for a good realtor and someone who goes the extra mile you will find that Cheryl exceeds this expectation. Cheryl is an exceptional Realtor with an incredible amount of knowledge and integrity in the real estate industry. She doesn't just go the extra mile; she will run a marathon for you and back. We hired Cheryl last year to sell our business. Her tenacity and dedication were unrivaled. It was not an easy task and Chery exhausted every avenue to find us a buyer.

After selling our business. We decided to put our home for sale and move out of NJ. Since we were so impressed with Cheryl before, we hired her to sell our house. She didn’t disappoint us. In fact, she amazed us even more. From the start, she put in an incredible amount of time and effort. Researching the market. Coming to our home and helping us figure out and plan what needed to be renovated, painted, etc before putting it for sale. She also helped us stage the house for our pictures. She even referred painters and contractors to get the work done. This preparation took a few months before we listed, and Cheryl was patient and never pressured us during this time.

As we looked for places out of state to buy a home, Cheryl helped us locate a reputable realtor and on occasion spoke to them on our behalf. When the time finally came to list our home, we felt extremely confident in her pricing and marketing. Cheryl got a bid on our home in 3 days, and it sold above asking price. She didn't stop there, she spoke to the realtors and attorneys and assisted in our attorney review. During inspection, we ran into a plumbing issue that seemed almost impossible to rectify and Cheryl worked day and night helping us contact plumbers to fix the problem before inspection. She is in a class by herself. I can write another page of her accolades and all she has done but the bottom line is if youare selling or buying a house then Cheryl is the best and you won’t get anyone better.

Cheryl was REMARKABLY patient - between the months that the transaction took, to the many, many questions I had - she never exhibited any signs of aggravation or impatience. If she didn’t have an answer for something, she immediately went to the other party for further information. I can’t brag on her enough - I’d recommend using Cheryl for ANY real estate needs you may have. You’d be lucky to work with such an intelligent, ethical, and expedient agent!

Cheryl, thank you so much for not giving up on us!! It took us years of searching before we found our home, and Cheryl was there with us every step of the way. Her positivity and eagerness in finding us a home made this stressful process enjoyable! Not once did she complain about traveling to see any of the 100 homes ALL OVER northern New Jersey. If you are looking for someone patient, professional, and genuine, you need Cheryl!! She was always one step ahead of us by calling the listing agent to gather any and all information. She handled a lot of the communications with our other professionals (attorney, lender, inspector, etc...) which took some weight off of our shoulders. Over the years as an investor I’ve purchased property and always was lucky to have dealt with a good real estate agent, but Cheryl has exceeded that in many ways all the time extremely attentive, listens to my needs and tries to find exactly what I’m looking for. She is always there to pick up the phone and answer any questions and accommodate any time that is good for me to look at different properties. Cheryl is a huge asset to anybody buying their first home especially because she’s very honest and she puts 150% into her work.

To anyone considering Cheryl vs. other agents, I can tell you from my experience the choice is an easy one. I'd pick Cheryl and it's not even close. We were looking to purchase a home and were not using an agent initially. We had toured at least 20 homes when we came across Cheryl showing a home in Upper Saddle River. She was so honest and easy to deal with that after seeing 20+ agents not only did we bid on the home she was showing (which she presented very well), but we asked her to be our agent moving forward. Home buying or selling isn't an easy process, even in today's market. It's fraught with tricky negotiations, emotion, and tight deadlines. Cheryl went above and beyond so many times that near the end of the process, when things were getting tricky with closing deadlines, I wasn't even worried, I knew Cheryl was on top of it. To be a bit more specific throughout our home search she did the following (and I'm sure I'm missing some things here). Physically pulled deeds from the clerks office, talked to the permitting office about both easements and a pool, was present for every inspection (multiple tank sweeps, home, fireplace, septic) and the walkthrough. She worked tirelessly to make sure the appraisal was high enough and was willing to appeal the appraisal if it came in too low. She contacted banking institutions, dealt with title, and kept in constant contact with my lawyer. Not only that but during critical negotiations while in attorney review, she was able to make a deal happen that looked like it was gone. I can honestly say we would not be in our dream home and certainly not on time if it wasn't for Cheryl. All of what I've mentioned are just the little things that go into being an agent. But other agents I know don't do them as well and aren't nearly as tenacious. Not one ball was dropped, not one deadline missed and all with a positive attitude. I told Cheryl I was amazed at how much she did behind the scenes to make things happen, she gave me a newfound respect for real estate agents. And most importantly, she's a good person who cares about her clients. We loved working with her, and you will too!
